Theocracy is the politrickal ideology that supports God him/herself as the authoritarian dictator. This normally is bound to failure on Earth because one Politrickster claims to be appointed by God and uses this as an excuse to torture people. This ideology works in Heaven, where there is no other politrickal party to compete with God Him/herself.
